Venus, Mercury and Saturn (from up to bottom) have gathered within 1,2° of each other in the western sky after sunset on June 26 2005.

Mercury (left) and Venus together - only 5 arc minutes apart.This is the closest we'll see them until 2070. Image is obtained through a C 9,25 at f20 on June 27 2005, 19:30 UT on Canon EOS 300D. 15 image, each exposed 1/30 sec. are assembled in Registax.
